Caring Hearts of Ohio Hospice 937-593-6333 Â	Hospice provides medical and personal support to terminally ill patients and their families. Provided through Universal Home Health and Hospice.

Catholic Social Services 937-599-5595	This non-denominational agency provides help in a range of areas - marital and problem counseling, adult foster care, and emergency assistance. Helping Hand: provides one time emergency aid to families who "fall through the cracks".

Consolidated Care, Inc. 937-465-8065 Â	This agency includes Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services and Mental Health Services. Both programs provide individual, group and family counseling for persons experiencing alcohol, drug or mental health problems.

Discovery Riders 937-935-6545	Newly affiliated, the agency provides physical therapy on horses for developmentally delayed children as well as theraputic riding for young adults.

Girl Scouts of Appleseed Ridge 800-962-7753	Girl Scouts helps girls build character though educational and recreational programs.

Green Hills Day Break Center 937-465-5065	Day Break is an adult day care for adults and physically challenged who cannot be left alone during the day.

International Friendship Center 937-599-3619	The Friendship Center offers orientation for any foreign national moving to Logan County. United Way provides support for the English as Second Language Program.

Logan Belle Hand / Positive Human Development 937-599-1845	The PHD program offers tutoring, education and recreational opportunitites to high risk youth in a safe drug free environment.

Logan County Cancer Society 937-592-4015 x4286	This all-volunteer organization provides financial assistance for cancer related medication, supplies, regardless of income.

Loving Hands Adult Day Care Program 937-592-9822	Loving Hands offers day care for adults and physically challenged who cannot be left alone during the day.

Lutheran Community Services/ Our Daily Bread 937-592-9914	This agency provides emergency assistance such as food & clothing to families in need. Our Daily Bread: will serve over 50,000 hot meals to people in need this year. Serving sites in Bellefontaine and Indian Lake.

Mary Rutan Medication Assistance Program 937-592-4015	The program helps low-income and elderly persons purchase prescription medication.

New Direction's of CCI 937-593-5777	Formerly known as Project Woman the agency provides counseling and support for the victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through Consolidated Care, Inc. Emergency Shelter is still provided through Project Woman in Springfield.

One-on-One 937-441-1715	One-on-One, a Big Brother/Big Sister type program, provides companionship, recreational opportunities and a role modle for children from single parent homes.

Ohio United Way 614-224-8146	The Ohio United Way provides educational and supportive services for local United Ways and work for the improvement of health and human services in Ohio.

Project Child 937-599-2273	This agency ensures that all Logan County families with children ages birth to six years will be able to receive child development related information, services and support they need to help theirÂ children liveÂ lives of value,Â quality and dignity.Â

Rachel's House 937-592-3290	Staffed by volunteers, Rachel's House, a child crisis care center, offers short term child care for infants and toddlers who may be at risk due to family emergency situations.

Hands OnÂ of Southwest Ohio Â (RSVP) 937-593-1511	CORSP/ RSVP provides volunteer opportunities for individuals of all ages at non-profit agencies and organizations in Logan County.

Safe Haven Community Youth Program Â 937-592-9622	Safe Haven is now operated by the YMCA. The program offers supervised after school recreational opportunities and companionship in a safe, drug-free environment.

Warm Clothes for Kids 937-592-2886	Volunteers take needy children, identified by the city and county schools, shopping to purchase much needed clothing.
